  • ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE FROM ANY ODORS. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
  • IF THE ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED ITEM(S) IS IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION.
  • IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM ON OUR WEBSITE, PLEASE FOLLOW OUR STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR A REFUND, AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
  • ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE REFLECTED ON YOUR BANK HISTORY.
  • WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT NOTES, AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. 
  • PLEASE BE AWARE ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM) MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM CHARGES AT THE RECEIVER'S EXPENSE. THIS RATE IS DETERMINED BY THE RECEIVING COUNTRY. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
